Cowboys & Aliens is an upcoming 2011 American film sci-fi western with Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, and Olivia Wilde. The film, directed by Jon Favreau, is based on the graphic novel of 2006-the same name, created by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg. Cowboys & Aliens is scheduled to be released in the U.S. and Canada, July 29, 2011.
In 1873, Arizona, wakes up a loner named Jake Lonergan (Daniel Craig) with no memory of his past and a mysterious band around his wrist. It comes in Absolution town where he learns that he is a notorious criminal wanted by many, including Colonel Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford) who runs the city with an iron hand. Absolution soon face an even greater threat when the spacecraft Aliens are attacking the city.
While his band holds the key to defeating the aliens must ally with Lonergan Dolarhyde and other former enemies to take a stand against them.
